You know you need help taking the next step.

But how when the world is falling apart?

You see the writing

on the wall.

The world is more uncertain than ever. You know because everyone says so - your newsfeed, your barista, and even your dog.

You should do something, but what?

With uncertainty currently being the most used word right now, it makes sense to want to say ‘“F it.”

You should do something, but how?

Watching the Golden Girls until you fall asleep feels great, but doesn’t like feel a long term solution.

But I gotta do some-thing because everyone else is???

You see what’s happening - the government the private sector is shutting the door on diversity and inclusion efforts.

You see what’s happening - AI might take your job.

You feel what’s happening - your relationship has been long over and you haven’t been able to leave.

You have to do some-thing, but everyone you talk is also talking about taking action.

Or they are just as scared as you are so you both flood the group chat with dystopian memes.

Days have turned into weeks flowed into months. You need to do some-thing.

You’re not an awful procrastinator. It’s not your ADHD.

Or maybe you’re angry at yourself because you can’t stop your racing thoughts.

You should do something, but what?

You’ve done lots of research, but sending that email making an ask makes your heart race.

You need to do something, but how?

You haven’t taken action for a deceptively simple reason.

Here is why you haven’t taken action:

Your way forward is unsafe in your body.

“Safety is the absence of a threat and the presence of connection.”

— Dr. Stephen Porges

I know what you’re thinking.

(I always do).

I’ve done this before. It’s not like I am landing a plane.

Your body doesn’t give two fucks if you’re holding a scalpel to someone’s brain or about to tell your partner you want a divorce. If you haven’t done either task a bunch of times, it is tagged as a threat in the body.

Here is how science says you react to a threat: you will either

  • Freeze, unable to move or act.

  • Run (usually in the wrong direction)

  • Override your body and fake your way through it

With the Do Some-thing Sprint, you will:

Learn what is keeping you from taking the next step.

With surgical precision, we will map out how your unique survival response works. By understanding how your body reacts to threats, we can lessen their intensity so you can act without burnout.

Create an embodied action plan that feels safe in your body.

You can create a list like no one else - but you don’t need a list of actions that feel like mini mountains.

Once you discover how to generate safety, you will design a pleasurable plan (no, really) that will change your experience of productivity.

Receive feedback + my brand of spicy encouragement.

I may curse. We may cry. We will assess what worked, what didn’t work so you can take informed actions. No matter what your something is, I will your loudest cheerleader, advocate, and kind voice in your head.

The Do - Something Sprint is for you if:

  • Are tired of overthinking and hand wrenching

  • You want the peace and confident from taking clarifying action

  • You are too overwhelmed with anxiety to create or act

  • Want to do the damn thing already, but with less stress than ever before

What you will need:

  • 1 hour of uninterrupted time 1x week for 3 weeks (1:1 sessions)

  • A willingness to self forgive and let go

  • Prerequisite: You must complete the Body Liberation session

Investment: $444

What People Are Saying

“I tend to be a deep person, so at times it requires some trust to open up to new people. Lidia created a safe space and I felt comfortable sharing with her. The insightful questions she asked during the nervous system mapping provided clarity. I really liked learning that ruminating thoughts or anxiousness are my body’s way of discharging energy. I would recommend Lidia to people who deal with anxiety, want to understand how their nervous system works and how it impacts their daily life. “- Hannah Saunders, Creative Director at Palindrome Studio and founder of Hatha & Heal.

“"In a short one-hour session, Lidia helped me understand and articulate some of the things that have been bothering me for a long time — more than 15 years — and how they contributed to my health conditions. It was extremely insightful because she quickly helped me identify my belief system and what I need to work on next. I’m very grateful for Lidia’s help!”— Michelle Ng
